Kari Gregory works, lives and trains in Calgary, Alberta. She plies her trade as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Success Coach, competes as a runner and triathlete and lives vicariously through her four athletic daughters and their sports. As a former secondary school teacher, Kari embraces education. She learns and teaches about fitness and health to guide people in their quest for wellness.
Kari has a B. A and B. Ed. from the University of Alberta (1988), Alberta Fitness Leadership Association Certification (AFLCA, 1998), Personal Trainer Certificate program from Mount Royal University (2000), and years of continuing education in disciplines such as TRX, kettle bells, run coaching and strength training. Kari added NCCP Triathlon Coaching to her repertoire.
Kari completed her Life Coaching Certificate from Erickson College International in Vancouver in the spring of 2015. Through coaching, people help themselves on their wellness, personal, professional, or even parenting path; Kari is the guide. We are all moving forward and coaching is a step-by-step method to get us there. This approach works well where people create the space to look deeper into responding to, “What do I want?” The answers are enlightening!
