Triathlon Training Plans for 2020
It's the season to make the plan for Triathlon Season, 2020. With so many stellar events offered it's beneficial to have a specific and detailed training plan to get you there. Whether this is your first triathlon or you're looking to add more distance or intensity to your goals, consider reaching out for Multisport coaching. I work with Chris Lough and Jill Kirker, the reputable Head Coaches of Triathlete Within, developing training plans for 2020. Here is a peak at what's coming your way.

1. Intro to Tri Training Session --April 18th, at Tri-it
2. Questions asked answered--June 6 at Tri-it
3. Bike and mechanical skill session--TBA

2. BTD--Big Training Day--a swim, bike and run training day

Sprint and Olympic Distance Triathlon
12 Week Training Plan with six workouts/week, optional strength/core--$150.00—starts April 19, 2020
