Entering the Blogosphere

Updated: Dec 11, 2018

Here I am, ready to engage in my own blog. Oh, let me rephrase that to "engaging". I am engaging as that's an action word. This is action and I have arrived in the Blog world.

My purpose is, well, purposeful. I've been asked before about sharing what's going on in my gym, my training, training of others, my kitchen, and my Success Coaching world. As I teach and learn about wellness I am keen to be sharing with others.

You've seen in the bio who I am. Actually, that tells you more of what I do; there is a distinct difference. Maybe it's not too distinct because what I do is such a large part of who I am. Who am I? I am organized, thoughtful, intuitive, perceptive, focused, kind, fun and funny, spiritual, giving, resourceful, a consummate student and teacher, and a bit hard-wired for goal-setting. As for the goals, they are intrinsic and extrinsic, and believe I embrace the journey more than the destination. I am process-driven because I love what I apply and learn along the way.
